Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. If the order contains several products delivered on different days, the 14 days start from the delivery of the last one.

How to return

  1. Write to chat@mh-way.it within the 14 days with your order number and the products you want to return. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory: a clear statement is enough.
  2. We will reply with instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the products within 14 days of your notice, intact, with all accessories and labels and, if possible, in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service: until it reaches us, the parcel travels at your own risk.

You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is needed to check its nature and features.

Refund

We refund the amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the order. We may hold the refund until we receive the products or proof that they have been sent.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products personalised or made to the customer's specifications.

Faulty or damaged products

If a product arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, write to chat@mh-way.it with your order number and a photo: in these cases replacement or refund is free of charge under the legal guarantee of conformity.
